Training timetable
This is a guide to the sessions that we run on a weekly basis, but changes often occur, and additional activities do run during school holidays. Keep an eye on your club WhatsApp or SPOND group to remain up to date.
Junior sessions always have a Club Coach present and a training plan that is set – all participants must follow the set training plan. Juniors are invited to become members after having completed 6 adhoc training sessions.
**Please note that all juniors attending any of the coached sessions must pay Junior Subs once they become a club member. Visit our web shop to purchase**
Adults can choose whether to join in with the sessions or not, but before attending must have had a competency assessment with one of our coaches. Please contact us to arrange this.

Everyone is welcome. Pilates is an excellent supplement to any paddle sport, generating better core strength and flexibility as well improving balance.
